Day 9,10,11. :):):)
Again, sorry for not writing. I just haven’t felt it, you know?
Well, here goes, loves.
Day 9
That day the cleaning ladies came in the morning, so we couldn’t be in the house. Well, we could’ve gone somewhere, but no one wanted to. So we all went into the pool, and swam all morning.
Okay, technically we just sat around the pool, and ate half the time, and THEN swam.
The eating was an experience. Grandma had C&C yelling and yelling about how they wanted peanut butter and jelly, and she had to make them some, and Madison something else. She had this little tiny counter, and I wasn’t entirely helping, because you know, I was kind of hungry, too. But with the help of Uncle Tom, we shushed the kids, got them their sandwiches, and I got one too.
hehe.
That afternoon was like any other, they napped, they woke up, and they played until dinner, and then bedtime. Madison and I played a little game with the ABC’s book. There is one page in it where it has all the letters, right before they introduce the letter Z. So I tok her hand, and I pointed to random letters, and she knew all of them. It was cute. I spelled out Madison, hug, and love.
Day 10
It basically was a regular day on schedule. We swam in the morning, but it started to thunder, so unfortunately, we didn’t get to swim as long. We came inside though, and watched Robin Hood, which is absolutely amazing. (Who knew that a animated little fox could be so exciting?) After that, we ate dinner, and I read to Madison again. In the book, on almost every page, there is BIG (LETTER) little (letter). This time, she told tell me everytime we went to the next letter “BIG I, little i” or “BIG Q, little q” It was precious to see her laugh and enjoy reading the book.
Day 11
For every family member reading this, you have to exuse me. Everyone once in a while should have the day I had today.
I woke up late, and the only reason I DID wake up is because Grandma had a bath drawn for me. Oh, and let me be the first to say what a great way to wake up in the morning.
The problem with that, I never really woke up as the day went on. I dawdled and lazed around following after the kids, and the only time I was really hyper was swimming. I fell asleep on the chair in the living room when the kids woke up from their nap. So I pretty much missed out on the whole day, minus the swimming.
Hehe, sorry?
Well, then I read the ABC’s book to Madison, and today, she practically was telling ME the story, hehe. Maybe it’s time we moved on to another book. (DUH)
When I tucked her in and said goodnight, the twins wanted me to read them the book. Well, I agreed. And while I was reading it, they went ABC crazy, singing their ABC’s every time the letter changed. Which was cute, until about P. So that was an experience.
Well, now I’m going to bed, because believe it or not, I’m still tired.
Nighty nite.
im4serious, you still love me,
-Michelle.
